Our success plan
- Establish Sustain Ukraine e.V. as a registered non-profit organization by navigating the legal requirements for establishing a non-profit in Germany, such as registering with the appropriate authorities and obtaining necessary licenses and certifications.
- Create effective PR channels to promote the organization and its goals by developing a website and social media presence, creating marketing materials such as brochures and flyers, and establishing relationships with relevant media outlets.
- Develop partnerships with relevant companies throughout the process chain by identifying companies that align with our mission, such as solar panel vendors and logistics partners, and negotiating agreements that provide mutual benefit.
- Collect donations to support the project through a comprehensive fundraising strategy that includes soliciting donations from individuals, businesses, and philanthropic organizations, as well as organizing fundraising events and campaigns.
- Place the order for the solar panels. Transport the panels to their destinations by coordinating logistics, such as arranging for trucks and drivers, securing necessary permits, and ensuring that the panels are properly packaged and secured during transport. Organize the handover of the delivery to our local partners in Ukraine to ensure that the panels are received and installed by the agreed-upon organizations, and that any administrative tasks (such as gaining approval for installation or setting up contracts with local energy providers) are completed.
- Track the performance of the installation of the solar panels and ensure on-site inspections to track the performance of the solar panels, so that that they are operating optimally and generating the expected amount of energy.
- Report on the amount of energy generated from renewable sources by providing regular updates on the amount of energy generated by the solar panels, as well as any other relevant metrics such as carbon emissions reductions or cost savings for the organizations.
